Valuation & Market Structure
Price is a set of assumptions. We test them before capital relies on them.
A valuation reflects expectations about growth, margins, liquidity, ownership, supply, and the market a company ultimately trades in.
WEAL28H works backward from the price to identify what the market would need to believe for that price to hold, then tests those assumptions against the business, capital structure, and trading environment.
Market-implied expectations
We examine the growth, profitability, dilution, and capital requirements embedded in a valuation. The objective is to identify where the thesis is supported by operating fundamentals and where it depends on unusually favorable assumptions.
Liquidity and market structure
Two companies with similar fundamentals can trade very differently.
Float, lockups, ownership concentration, secondary supply, index eligibility, and buyer composition can materially affect price discovery before the underlying business changes.
For private holders, the same discipline applies to secondary liquidity: what a real buyer may pay under real transfer conditions, measured against what the last financing implied.

- How will float, ownership concentration, lockups, and secondary supply affect price discovery?
- What changes when the buyer base shifts?
- Which parts of the thesis depend on the company, and which depend on the market around it?
