We are independent advisors. Our deliverables are calibrated to each client’s operating reality, regulatory posture, and strategic objectives.

Where WEAL28H supports an institutional client on OTC Bitcoin or digital-asset matters, the work is advisory: market-structure assessment, counterparty and custody diligence, compliance-process and onboarding support, AML/KYC and sanctions-process support, transaction-readiness planning, and evaluation of OTC desks, custodians, and counterparties. WEAL28H does not hold or custody client assets, route orders, execute trades, negotiate trade price, take possession of or transmit fiat or digital assets, or act as a broker-dealer, exchange, trading venue, custodian, or OTC desk.

WEAL28H is compensated by the institutional client, under written engagement terms, for advisory, diligence, compliance-support, and readiness work.

WEAL28H is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where legal counsel is required, we work alongside qualified law firms in the relevant jurisdictions. We are also retained directly by law firms that need subject-matter analysis on digital asset regulation, market structure, tokenization architecture, blockchain infrastructure, technical workflows, and compliance design.

Our work for law firms may include subject-matter memoranda, technical assessment memoranda, regulatory strategy support, market-structure analysis, institutional reports, and technical input for client matters. Legal conclusions remain the responsibility of qualified counsel.
